Come to the gathering

by Yenta

In the dawn of my old childhood
I welcome friends
Companions at my side
That others do not see

The adult might smile
Imaginary friends, how sweet
I respond, true souls
More real than ever

Ancestors, characters
Past, present, future
I save a place at the table
Please sit by me

My compatriots in spirit
Let us gather at the banquet
A grand convergence
Of chosen company

Var så gud.
