Prune Whip

2 3 oz. pkgs. Lemon Jello
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups whipping cream—whipped
2 cups hot water and prune juice
1 lb. prunes
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover prunes with water and cook until tender. Pit, drain, and mash prunes. Dissolve Jello in hot liquid and chill. When thick whip until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serves 12-18.
